RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG has sold its 100% stake in La Benâte Energies SARL

Frankfurt,  July 22nd, 2010 - The RENERCO Renewable Energy Concepts AG (RENERCO) has sold its 100% stake in La Benâte Energies SARL, which owns the La Benâte wind farm (Poitou-Charentes region of France), to Enovos Luxembourg S.A. RENERCO is taking over technical and commercial management of the La Benâte wind farm for the next 20 years.
