High Customer Satisfaction with DRS

DRS, the Leading Provider for Data Room Solutions, Releases Survey Results

Frankfurt, September 2nd, 2009 - In a wide-ranging survey, DRS customers have been asked to provide their opinions on the quality of the services and products of the innovative provider of transaction services. The survey particularly focused on the Project Management part of the DRS offering. DRS' dedicated Project Managers are available 24/7 and are the most important interface between the customers and the company. The survey queried respondents on such topics as professional competence, courteousness, reachability and adherence to schedules. 78 percent of respondents regarded the services DRS with the highest performance rating "excellent" and a further 21 percent with a "good".

Customers were asked to evaluate DRS' due diligence platform as well. The Virtual Data Room, the groundbreaking integrated Q&A Management platform and the Administration tool were surveyed for usability and received extremely positive reviews. 97 percent of the customers surveyed would recommend using DRS.
