The DRS Teaser is a marketing tool which allows portfolio managers to market their assets quickly, easily and securely around the globe. All vital information regarding real estate assets can be displayed at a glance to give potentially interested parties everywhere the information they need to make decisions. The Sell-side transactions will benefit from tremendous time and cost savings because creating, producing and distributing physical sales material for marketing purposes is no longer necessary.
