Through a matching process investors and investment properties can be brought together quickly, easily and, most importantly, discreetly.
The new platform is geared toward banks, funds, institutional real estate brokers, investment corporations, insurance companies, family offices and other enterprises that trade institutional investment properties. On the platform they can either place bids or list real estate for sale.
Beyond the actual marketplace function, CommercialNetwork complements its offering with target group-specific supplemental services. In addition to real estate assessments, a customer can also take advantage of data room services via the platform.
