High Customer Satisfaction with DRS
DRS, a Leading Provider for Virtual Data Room Solutions, Releases Survey Results
Frankfurt, April 12th, 2011 - As part of its continuous quality assurance process, DRS surveys its customers about the quality of its innovative products and services. The results are aggregated for senior management review and comment and then released to the public annually.
The anonymous survey particularly focuses on the service level part of the DRS offering and is an important factor for DRS decisions on staffing levels. Over the last 12 months, 78 percent of respondents regarded DRS' services as being "excellent" and 21 percent as "good". The survey queried respondents on such topics as professional competence, courteousness, reachability and adherence to pre-determined schedules. This survey was an improvement over last year´s record performance.

Customers were also asked to evaluate DRS' due diligence platform as well. The DRSdigital virtual data room, with its integrated Q&A Management and Administration tools, was surveyed for usability and received extremely positive reviews.
With the combination of excellent service and a usable and intuitive tool, it was not surprising that 97 percent of the customers surveyed would recommend using DRS for their various due diligence requirements.
