Expo Real 2009

DRS is exhibiting again this year at Expo Real in Munich, Germany's largest commercial real estate trade fair. As with last year, you will find DRS at the partner stand of the city of Frankfurt. DRS will also be partner at the stand of O.S.M.I. Borsa Immobiliare of Milan, the Italian Association that meets the needs for information, transparency and promotion in the Milan real estate market.

The DRS Teaser is a marketing tool which allows portfolio managers to market their assets quickly, easily and securely around the globe. All vital information regarding real estate assets can be displayed at a glance to give potentially interested parties everywhere the information they need to make decisions. The Sell-side transactions will benefit from tremendous time and cost savings because creating, producing and distributing physical sales material for marketing purposes is no longer necessary.
