Data Room Services enters into a strategic partnership in Spain

Frankfurt, 1st April 2010 - Data Room Services GmbH & Co. KG, a provider of virtual data rooms for the internal and external exchange of confidential documents, is continuing to pursue its growth strategy by entering into a strategic partnership with centa t.i.c. The managing director of centa, Enrique Llopis, is an expert in the transaction business and contributes his long-time experience in this area.

With the partnership, Data Room Services is taking an important step towards international expansion and growth. Data Room Services, which has successfully overseen transactions on the Spanish market since 2008, is now able to support its numerous customers on-site as well and continues to live up to its mission of offering first-class service.
