Our proprietary viewer is unique on the market. Due to the fact that no plug-ins are needed, we don't rely on any third party software and we are not dependent on any common internet browser to use our platform, you can be assured your documentation is safe.
- Secure data formats only
We use secure data formats in the virtual data room only. Sources of risks such as PDF to display documents are strictly excluded.
- Multi-level authentication process
Registration for the virtual data room is password protected and via a multi-level authentication process. Dependent on the security requirements of the client, different security levels can be implemented (e.g. sending passwords via text message to a mobile phone).
- Detailed access control
The activity of each data room user is controlled with a detailed rights management functionality. The client decides who can view, print or save which document.
- Highly secure document encryption
Data transfer and storage on the server are encrypted with 256-bit key to prevent unauthorized access.
- Dynamic watermarking
Dynamic watermarks (visible imprint of user, date and time information) help prevent the unauthorized distribution of documents.
