Quantum sells real-estate portfolio to Morgan Stanley Real Estate
Quantum Immobilien AG (Quantum) has sold a real-estate portfolio to funds of Morgan Stanley Real Estate, the real-estate arm of the American investment bank Morgan Stanley.
The portfolio consists of 11 properties, primarily in Hamburg, some held with partners, with a leasable area of about 215,000 square metres. The total transaction volume, including incidental costs, was about 750 million euros.
The real-estate services company CB Richard Ellis and the law firm JebensMensching LLP handled the transaction exclusively for Quantum. Morgan Stanley Investment Banking Division and Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer advised Morgan Stanley Real Estate.
