Data Room Services supported five of the top ten portfolio transactions in the first half of the year 2007

Data Room Services GmbH & Co. KG (DRS) supported five of the top ten portfolio transactions during the first six months of 2007. DRS accompanied the processes of due diligence with virtual data rooms and a Q&A management online platform, which optimizes the question and answer process.
Most of these real estate-investments were portfolio transactions that can be located in the office segment such as Pegasus I and Pegasus II by Union Investment Real Estate or the Spring Portfolio of Degi with a market value of 2.5 billion Euros. Furthermore, DRS accompanied Hansainvest and SEB Immobilien Investment GmbH while selling two mixed portfolio transactions for 465 and 460 million euros. (Source: DEGI Research 2007).
